Join us for a discussion of the business opportunities for companies that take active steps to create an inclusive environment for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex employees. BBC economic anchor, Evan Davis, will moderate a discussion with business icon Lord John Browne, followed by a panel discussion with business leaders from Central and Eastern Europe.
Top global business leaders, LGBTI professionals, HR, marketing and sales, and experts from the Czech Republic, UK, Switzerland and other countries will come together at the 5th International Pride Business Forum to learn how to fully leverage the competitive advantage of LGBTI talent and markets.
Featured guest, Lord Browne, former BP CEO and author of “The Glass Closet,” will share his insights alongside leaders from IBM, Sodexo, EY and members of the LGBTI community will discuss strategies that will make a difference for companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Pride Business Forum is an annual summit to discuss ways to help businesses in Central and Eastern Europe create more inclusive cultures for LGBTI employees, suppliers and customers. The Forum presents business leaders with an opportunity to share both progress and opportunities for change.
