  • Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair– The National LGBT Bar Association’s annual Lavender Law® Career Fair is designed to achieve a sense of community and inclusion for LGBT candidates within the legal profession’s recruiting efforts. By participating in this career fair, candidates will talk directly to LGBT-friendly recruiters from law firms, government agencies, LGBT rights groups, and corporate legal departments. Nearly 300 candidates and over 170 recruiters representing law firms, government agencies, and non-profit organizations interested in diversity were present at the 2016 career fair in Washington, DC.   • ALICE – EUROPE’S FIRST LGBTI CAREER FAIR FOR LAWYERS – ALICE provides students, trainee teachers, lawyers and all those who are interested in a career in the legal field, the opportunity to the representatives of many well-known firms and companies to talk about career opportunities. Eponym of the fair is the Cameroonian lawyer and human rights activist Alice Nkom. It is committed to the only lawyer to criminalization and social exclusion of homosexuals in Cameroon. The fair takes place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cologne. 2018
